NOTE:

Product return and/or exchange and refund

Any return, refund or exchange is eligible if it is claimed by the customer within 7 days of purchase or delivery via call (0300-8651849) or email (moovuniforms@gmail.com) and if it meets our criteria.

The customer must have printed copy of the receipt. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to immediately check the delivered product before making the cash payment. Should the customer find any cause for concern, the product can be returned or exchanged.

The terms and conditions are:

Terms and conditions

  • The product came damaged, stained, defected or incomplete from our store in which case it must be returned before paying cash payment at time of delivery.
  • The product delivered does not match the product ordered by the customer.
  • The product returned must not be washed or not used in any way.
  • The product is in its original and undamaged packing. The product tags should be intact.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered (change of customer’s mind about size does not apply).
  • The minimum time for processing the return or exchange is 3-5 working days.
  • Customized orders include alterations and made to measure products, which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.
  • Exchanges and refunds during sale or on discounted product is ONLY applicable, if the delivered product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • These policies apply to all local orders.
  • Please note that you cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have any stains, emit body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains.
  • Please note that the order cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed by you to our customer service. 
  • com has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
  • If the request for exchange is accepted, the customer will be notified by our customer service.

Refund

  • In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund is ONLY applicable, if the delivered product received does not match the product you have ordered. The responsibility to check the product in time lies with the customer.

For cash on delivery orders: Refund will be processed through easy paisa, bank transfers or through cash voucher that can be redeemed at stores.
